Hotel Aalcajars Inn reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented and any Other Queries at check-in

Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)
Pets are not allowed
Outside food is not allowed
Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed within the property premises.

Standard Check-in time: 2:00 PM & Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Guests requesting early check-in before 2:00 PM may be accommodated based on room availability at the time of arrival. However, if you require guaranteed access to the room before 9:00 AM, we recommend booking the room one night prior to arrival to ensure availability.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID must be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Hotel Aalcajars Inn. Accepted identification proofs include Driver’s License, Voter ID, Passport, and Ration Card. Without a valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

The primary guest checking in must be at least 18 years of age.

The room tariff includes all applicable taxes. However, the amount paid does not cover optional services and facilities such as room service, mini bar, snacks, or telephone calls. These will be charged additionally at the time of check-out.

Privacy Notice: Hotel Aalcajars Inn respects your privacy. Guest information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share personal details with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Additional Policies: - Private parties or events are not permitted within the premises. - Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors into their rooms during their stay. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before check-in and receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.

Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of arrival will incur a one-night retention fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. For group bookings or festive season reservations, customized cancellation terms may apply.

Extra beds are available on request for select room categories. Charges for an extra bed are ₹1100 per night, inclusive of breakfast.

Children below 6 years can stay free without an extra bed. Please inform the front desk during booking to ensure availability and setup prior to arrival.
